Dr. V.K. Gupta is the first NeuroSurgeon to start the Neurological and NeuroSurgery Super Specialty in Hisar Zone of Haryana State consisting of Hisar, Fatehabad, Sirsa, Bhiwani, Jind and Ch. Dadri Districts and Surrounding Districts of Punjab and Rajasthan.
